At Emmanuel Family & Child Development Center, we provide a variety of training and classroom documents to support staff in their roles. Training documents include onboarding materials, policies and procedures, lesson planning guides, and resources on trauma-informed care, behavior management, and curriculum implementation. These help new and current staff stay informed and aligned with best practices.
Each classroom is also equipped with essential classroom documents, such as daily schedules, lesson plans, emergency procedures, child observation forms, and communication logs. These documents ensure smooth classroom operations, consistency in learning, and a safe, structured environment for both teachers and students. Staff are encouraged to reference these resources regularly to enhance their teaching practices and maintain compliance with center policies.
